How To Use The Live Chat/Video Broadcast |

| Welcome to the latest feature on NADADS. We will be conducting regular ongoing chat/video broadcasts on various topics. Anyone can join in the conversation (up to 400 people) and those with webcams can broadcast their cam (up to 12 people). Below are instructions on how to use this new feature. |

1. The Log In Screen To join in the chat enter a user name in the "nickname" field. You may also log into the chat using your facebook or twitter acounts. Please note that if you log in using facebook or twitter then you have the option of the system updating your personal profiles indicating that you are joining in the chat. This is a great way to promote the chats and we strongly encourage you to use this method to log in. |

2. The Chat Screen This is the basic chat screen you first see when entering the room. You can type messages and they will be displayed for all the users. There are also share links for facebook, twitter, email etc. We encourage you to share these links so that we have a large volume of participants. |

3. Start Broadcasting If you have a webcam you will be able to join in the video/audio chats by clickin on this button. It will ask to you "allow" your camera to be viewed by others. Simply select allow and you will then be able to join in. Make sure that you wear headphones if possible. This cuts down on feedback and excessive noise. |

4. Camera Options In this first drop down menu you have the options to start broadcasting your camera and to select your camera (if you have more than one then you might need to specify which one you want to use). |

5. Audio Options In this drop down menu you can mute your mic, select your mic and mute your speakers. If you are having audio issues then you will want to poke around in this menu to ensure your have optimized audio settings. |

6. Features Options In this menu you can share a video, share your desktop, open a whiteboard and open shared documents. This is a great way to collaborate especially the shared docs feature. I suggest trying out these features and seeing what they can do. |
