This audio blog is the first interview (first of many). Today I speak with registered psychotherapist Nicole Ross about depression. I know from personal experience that depression is a harsh reality for fathers who are dealing with court injustice. I thought having Nicole on for our first interview is a great way to start this new series. Let's take care of ourselves so we can ensure we are able to take care of our kids and continue with the fight against injustice.

NEW TO NOT ALL DADS ARE DEADBEATS - Audio Broadcasting (podcasting)

I will be updating the site with audio broadcasts as well as text blogs. This first podcast is just a quick test to ensure everything works smoothly. I will be working on getting my home studio set up/rewired so that I can easily add podcasts with minimal time requirements. Please continue to send in articles and topic suggestions so I can cover them "on air". 

I will also be setting up my system so that I can do interviews as part of the podcasting (both in studio and on location).
